Working for yourself is a wonderful and amazing opportunity but everybody needs a little holiday to recharge their batteries and if you are lucky you will get a holiday that also feeds your soul and we definitely had that with our most recent break.
My mum is here with us from the UK and we thought we would take her to Jurien Bay camping and although it was only two days away, our mini break felt like a weeks worth of holiday.
Even a very stormy night of non stop rain, couldn’t dampen our spirits, especially when the next day was absolutely glorious and the sun was beating down. Who thought we would be able to swim in the beautiful turquoise ocean in the middle of Autumn!
Hubby, Loulou, Mo and Nanna all decided to do a bit of exploring while I used the opportunity of some piece and quiet to catch up on some research and reading from the Handmade Seller Magazine – that is one fantastic magazine and if you are an online artisan like me, I definitely recommend it.
My mum is one of my best customers and most avid fans so she couldn’t resist taking one of my creations with her for all those camping essentials!
The custom officials at the airport will definitely be wondering how one woman could buy some many bags in just 3 weeks lol!.
Whatever you have been up to these school holidays, I hope you have relaxed, recharged and just had a great time with your kids.
