Are Loulou and Mo bags handmade?

All Loulou and Mo bags are handmade in Perth, Western Australia.  We pride ourselves on offering high quality products that are not mass or factory produced. #supporthandmade

Do you accept returns?

If you are not happy with your Loulou and Mo bag, please return (in same unused condition) within 30 days for an exchange or refund (minus postage costs).

Are your bags licensed products?

Loulou and Mo bags are not licensed products but often use licensed fabrics in their creation.

Can you make me a bag with a specific fabric?

We are super excited to tell you that we offer a Design Your Bag service.  You can  pick the bag style, the fabrics and can request additions such as extra pockets, longer straps etc.  You  design it, we make it!

What are your processing times?

Bags which are in stock will be processed within 24 hours.

Made to order bags will processed within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise advised.  If you require a rush order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you with your request.

What are your delivery times?

All bags in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days using Auspost Parcel Delivery.

 

 

Delivery times are dependent upon the country of residence.  The times below are approx (according to Auspost website) and cannot be guaranteed.

Australian residents –  estimated arrival – 2-6 business days

International customers – estimated arrival – 10+ business days
